Accessibility statement

Our commitment to accessibility.

Access Proof AI sells accessibility compliance, so this website is held to the same standard we ask of our clients: WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Conformance target

This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard required for public websites under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks and a logical, single-h1 heading order on every page.
  • Text and interface colours meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, announcement bar, and accordions, with visible focus indicators.
  • Meaningful alternative text on informative images and empty alt text on decorative images.
  • Form controls with associated labels and clear instructions.
  • Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference, which disables animations.
  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, we want to hear about it. We will respond and work to resolve it.
